Each presentation should be 20 minutes long. An additional 10 minutes is available for questions. Please respect other presenters' time and plan your talks to fit within this time limit. We do not have session chairs so we invite presenters in the sessions to take turns keeping time for each other.
We will provide a projector in each room, but not computers. Presenters should bring their own electronic devices as needed for their presentations as well as any necessary adapters to hook up to the projector.
All presenters will have the opportunity to submit full paper manuscripts to be considered for the symposium proceedings. Full papers will undergo additional double-blind peer review; acceptance to present at the symposium is not a guarantee of acceptance for inclusion in the proceedings. Manuscripts must be submitted by 15 January 2016 to be considered. Additional information will be provided to presenters following the symposium.
