Registration Information

You can register for ENSO V here. Once you have created an account, you are free to log in to the system at any point in time.

Before registering, we kindly ask you to read through the information below.

Registration Fees

  • ISOS-member: 1000 SEK (a little more than €100). Incl. VAT: 1250 SEK.
  • Non-member: 2400 SEK (a little more than €240). Incl. VAT: 3000 SEK.

Registration fees include lunches on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, all fikas*, a pre-conference gathering, and all conference materials. The book of abstracts will be made available  in a printed version at the conference and in a PDF format online.

* Fika is a Swedish coffee break with pastries.

Please note that a 25% VAT will be added to all the fees, including the conference dinner. Exemption from VAT is only allowed if payment is made directly from one Swedish government authority to another Swedish government authority. Participants from the EU can request reimbursement of the VAT charge via their local tax authority. More information about VAT reimbursements available on the European Commission website.

How to become a member of ISOS

Our kind recommendation is that you join ISOS before you register for ENSO V. This is of course not mandatory.

To become a member of ISOS, please visit the ISOS website and click on 'Join/Renew'. The membership fee is $90 (approx. 900 SEK) for full-time employed faculty and $45 (approx. 450 SEK) for students and part-time employed faculty.


Conference dinner

The conference dinner will take place at Hypoteket, Lund, on Thursday August 31st. The dinner includes a 2-course menu, chocolates, coffee and two glasses of wine (or non-alcoholic alternatives).

The dinner starts at 19.30.


We have a group deal at hotel Concordia. While registering, you will receive a discount code for this hotel. If you did not note the code while registering, you can always log in to the registation system and look it up afterwards. Make sure to book your room no later than May 31th in order to get the group deal.

Update! You have to either email or phone the hotel when you book your room. If you use the hotel's online self service system (or a third part service like, all rooms will appear booked. This is because the hotel is holding the rooms for us.
