Estimering av likviditetspremien för realobligationer

Since the first issuance in 1994, Swedish Government inflation indexed bonds have given a higher return then their nominal counterpart. This is despite the fact that investors can reduce the risks of inflation. Findings on other markets, as the US bond market, suggest that the higher return can be explained by the lower liquidity of inflation indexed bonds relative the nominal bonds. The aim of th

Osteoclasts degrade bone and cartilage knee joint compartments through different resorption processes

Background: Osteoclasts have been strongly implicated in osteoarthritic cartilage degradation, at least indirectly via bone resorption, and have been shown to degrade cartilage in vitro. The osteoclast resorption processes required to degrade subchondral bone and cartilage-the remodeling of which is important in the osteoarthritic disease process-have not been previously described, although cathepBackground: Osteoclasts have been strongly implicated in osteoarthritic cartilage degradation, at least indirectly via bone resorption, and have been shown to degrade cartilage in vitro. Spatiotemporal historical datasets on micro-level for geocoded individuals in five Swedish parishes, 1813-1914

The datasets presented here enable historical longitudinal studies of micro-level geographic factors in a rural setting. These types of datasets are new, as historical demography studies have generally failed to properly include the micro-level geographic factors. Our datasets describe the geography over five Swedish rural parishes and a geocoded population (at the property unit level) for this ar

Fracture mechanics for membranes : The 15th European Conference of Fracture (ECF15)

During fracture of membranes loading often produces buckles above and below the crack surface. This changes the stress state surrounding the crack-tip and stresses in the neighbourhood of the crack-tip posses a weaker singularity than r-1/2. As a result, fracture occurs when the crack-tip stress distribution is different as compared with that when buckling is artificially prevented. Palladium(II) Halide Complexes III. Acid Hydrolyses and Halide Anations of cis- and trans-Dichlorodiaquapalladium(II) and -Dibromoaquapalladium(II))

Chloride and bromide anations of PdX(H2O)3+, cis-PdX2(H2O)2 and trans-PdX2(H2O)2, acid hydrolyses of PdX3H2O−, cis-PdX2(H2O)2 and trans-PcX2(H2O)2, X = Cl, Br, have been studied at different temperatures by means of a stopped-flow technique. Rate constants and activation parameters are given. The palladium complexes react about 5×104 to 5×105 times faster than the analogous platinum(II) complexes.Chloride and bromide anations of PdX(H2O)3+, cis-PdX2(H2O)2 and trans-PdX2(H2O)2, acid hydrolyses of PdX3H2O−, cis-PdX2(H2O)2 and trans-PcX2(H2O)2, X = Cl, Br, have been studied at different temperatures by means of a stopped-flow technique.
