Call for panels, closed
We are excited to announce that the 13th National Forum for English Studies will take place in Lund, 9-11 April 2025. The theme of the conference is ‘The Future in and of English Studies.’ At this stage, we welcome proposals for panels and/or roundtables. These proposals can address the conference theme in various ways, such as:
- Exploring the impact of Generative AI on teaching and research in English Studies.
- Discussing the role of English Studies in promoting the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
- Examining the future of English Studies in Sweden.
Alternatively, proposals can also highlight any aspect of teaching and/or researching English language and literature that you wish to bring into focus.
We will include the list of individual panels and roundtables in the general call for papers, which will be released in early November.
Do you have an idea for a panel or roundtable? Please send us a short abstract (200-400 words) outlining your idea by the end of October to nationalforumenglund.luse.
