Personal Data Management

For the purpose of this conference we store the following information:

- name

- email address

- affiliation

- dietary restrictions

The data is available only for the conference administration and is used for a) communication regarding the conference, b) for administration of the conference and c) for statistical purposes.

The data is stored digitally before and during the conference as well as for another 12 months, or until the next ISAPh conference will take place. The data is also archived in physical form and will be deleted according to the archiving regulations of the university.
