The symposium will be held at the Lund University Centre for Languages and Literature (Språk- och litteraturcentrum), located on Helgonabacken 12 in Lund. The Centre is within walking distance from the Lund Central train station as well as several hotels.

Many major air carriers service Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup). Lund can then be reached most easily via a 30-minute trip on the Öresund train. Participants are advised to purchase train tickets in advance at the airport as tickets are not sold onboard the trains. Some European air carriers also service Malmö Airport. Busses and taxis are available from the airport to Lund.

Swedish Railways (SJ) and regional rail lines serve Lund Central Station, which is a short walk from most hotels and the university.
