Important Dates

The deadline to send your study is the 31st of December 2018. Instructions will be uploaded to the conference website, and also sent via e-mail to the authors by the 18th of October.

 

Today (27/9) an e-mail has been sent to all participants concerning information about the use of debit/credit cards for your transactions, your transportation in Lund next week, the social activities of the conference, and an interesting proposal that the Organising Committee received. If you haven’t received it, contact us!

 

The program will be announced at the end of June.

Abstract acceptance/rejection decisions have been sent to authors. In case you haven't received the message, please check your spam mail folder, and contact vasiliki.simakienglund.luse

Notification of acceptance: 5-10 February 2018

Deadline for submission of abstracts 30 November 2017, 11.59 pm local time (Sweden). The submission site will be closed immediatelly and no late submissions will be considered.
