Publication of PhD thesis

On April 1st Johanna Berggren nailed her PhD thesis. During the ceremony she published the thesis by nailing it to the wall (and online).Nailing is an academic ritual where the PhD theses is made public by being nailed up no later than three weeks before the public defence. This gives people the opportunity to read the thesis in advance, and to prepare relevant questions before the PhD defence.
