CPUP är ett nationellt kvalitetsregister och uppföljningsprogram för personer med cerebral pares (CP) som startade i Lund 1994. Till CPUP rapporteras årligen en mängd information om personens funktion, status och behandling. Registret innehåller således longitudinell information från totalpopulationen barn med CP i Sverige och ett stort antal vuxna.
