The two Pt-P the Pt-Cl and the Pt-C distances are 2.2794 (9)/2.2749 (10), 2.3831 (10) and 2.002 (3) Angstrom, respectively.
The Pd atom in the title compound, [Pd(CHP)Cl], has a distorted square-planar CClP coordination geometry with the ,,'-tridentate ligand forming two five-membered metallacycles.
