Institutionen för translationell medicin är en av de sex institutionerna vid Lunds universitets medicinska fakultet. Vi bedriver grundforskning i laboratoriemiljö, patientnära och klinisk forskning, och genomför även epidemiologiska studier.The Department of Translational Medicine is one of the six departments at Lund University's medical faculty. We conduct basic research in laboratory environment, patient-related and clinical research, and we also conduct epidemiological studies.

Kommunikationsavdelningen ger strategiskt och operativt stöd i fakultetens kommunikationsarbete. Avdelningen stöttar chefer och verksamheter med rådgivning, planering och innehållsproduktion. Studentrekrytering, forskningskommunikation, webb, press och media samt internkommunikation är de övergripande områden som avdelningen arbetar med.

Ekonomiavdelningen ger strategiskt och operativt stöd i fakultetens ekonomiarbete. Avdelningen ansvarar för budget- uppföljnings-, prognos-, och bokslutsprocesser samt utvecklar och följer upp ekonomiska rutiner och processer. Vi erbjuder kvalificerat stöd till institutions- och fakultetsledningar i ekonomifrågor och bidrar till en långsiktigt hållbar ekonomistyrning.

HR-avdelningen erbjuder operativt och strategiskt stöd till chefer och ledning och arbetar konsultativt, med utgångspunkt i verksamhetens behov. Avdelningen ansvarar för att samordna, kvalitetssäkra och utveckla fakultetens HR-processer.
