Michael Dobson

Director of the Shakespeare Institute in Stratford-upon-Avon, and Professor of Shakespeare Studies at the University of Birmingham since 2011. Before taking up this position, Michael was Professor of Shakespeare Studies at Birkbeck College, University of London; he has taught at universities worldwide (including Oxford and Harvard), held visiting fellowships at UCLA and Peking University, and was awarded a doctorate honoris causa from Lund University in 2016. Michael has published extensively on Shakespeare in performance.

Jacqui O'Hanlon

Director of Education at the Royal Shakespeare Company since 2008. Jacqui established the RSC’s Learning and Performance Network, a long term partnership programme with schools and theatres nationally, bringing the work of RSC rehearsal rooms to life in classrooms around the country, reaching around 530,000 young people each year across the UK.

Lars Romann Engel

Artistic Director of HamletScenen at Kronborg and the Shakespeare Festival at Hamlet’s Castle since 2008. Stage director, teacher, tutor and coach, directing various stage productions in Denmark and Sweden, as well as many of HamletScenen’s own productions and interactive school projects.
