This years conference will be held at the Centre for languages and literature at Lund University in the city of Lund in Sweden. The Centre for languages and literature opened in 2004 and is the home for language, linguistic and litterature disciplines at Lund University. It aims to create an environment where research can interact with both education and applications. The vision is to create an unique multidisciplinary research and education environment that will use the university's full potential to understand, explain and improve linguistic communication.  An important part of the research environment is the Humanities laboratory. The Humanities lab is a cross-disciplinary lab-environment for research and education concerning culture, communication and cognition. Strong research areas represented by the groups affiliated to the lab include research on language and cognition, research on language learning and language acquisition, research on children and adolescents with language impairment or reading and writing problems, research on reading and writing in real time, research on cognitive and communicative consequences of linguistic diversity.
