Denna kurs ger dig kunskap om aktuella teorier om servicearbete. Du får möjlighet att utforska både de teoretiska och praktiska aspekterna av tjänstearbetets ständigt föränderliga villkor. Ur ett samhällsvetenskapligt perspektiv ger kursen en ökad förståelse för vem som utför servicearbete, hur det utförs och hur det värderas. Kursen problematiserar villkoren och förutsättningarna för ett hållbart
Kursen riktar sig till dig som arbetar inom LSS-verksamhet, (re)habilitering, psykiatri, äldreomsorg, skola, som assistent eller är anhörig och vill studera hur man använder, analyserar och utvärderar appar, bilder och e-hjälpmedel i verksamheten på ett strukturerat och utvecklande sätt.
