Närstöd erbjuder snabb hjälp med IT-relaterade frågor, både på plats, via fjärrhjälp eller genom att ha medarbetare stationerad nära användarna. Gruppen hanterar arbetsplatsutrustning som datorer, skrivare och telefoner åt en stor del av universitetets medarbetare.
