I uppsatsen studeras de huvudsakliga instrumenten för biologisk mångfald i rättsakterna för EU:s gemensamma jordbrukspolitik (CAP). Syftet är att studera hur dessa instrument förhåller sig till de principiella förutsättningar som krävs för att den biologiska mångfalden i jordbrukslandskapen ska kunna bevaras. Dessa instrument utvärderas därför utifrån den sjunde av de så kallade Malawiprinciperna.In this thesis the main instruments for sustaining biodiversity in the legal acts of the EU’s Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) are studied.
