Our ultimate research vision is to discover, develop and implement novel neuroprotective and neurorestorative therapies for neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, Huntingtons disease and stroke. My group works with translational research that is tightly linked to clinical research questions. Our experimental focus is to understand neurovascular disease mechanisms.
